ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Samantha Ford (Sam) is a personal trainer from the UK. Sam gained her Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Massage therapy from Premier International in 2006 and she has been working on a freelance basis in health and wellbeing since 2007. Sam also has a passion for cooking. She is a firm believer in a well-balanced and nutritious diet. She has gathered her nutritional knowledge over several years during her personal training studies, through extensive research and working with nutritionists. Sam hopes this book will appeal not just to those affected by cancer, but also to anyone wishing to follow a healthy diet.
Whilst Sam hasn’t been affected by cancer directly, several of her close friends and family have been. And through her company “Nourish & Flourish Retreats”, she offers holistic health retreats for people who have been affected by cancer.
